🎨 Nature of Our Products
All sarees sold at 2wins_pk are:
Hand-painted
Unique and one-of-a-kind
Often customized according to customer preference
Created through detailed manual artwork
Because of this, each piece is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold once completed.
❌ No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any hand-painted sarees.
Before dispatch:
We share clear and detailed pictures of the saree with the customer.
The product is shipped only after customer approval.
Once approved and dispatched, the order is considered final.
❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Color variation due to screen differences
Minor artistic variations (as each piece is handmade)
Delay caused by courier services
Damage occurring after delivery
For customized orders:
The required 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
Once the advance is received, the order is confirmed and artwork begins.
💳 Payment Confirmation & Final Sale
Ready-to-Wear Sarees:
Available on Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once delivered and accepted, the sale is final.
Customized Sarees:
50% advance payment confirms the order.
Remaining 50% is payable at delivery.
Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
📦 Parcel Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to:
Inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
Ensure packaging is not damaged before accepting it.
Once the parcel is received and accepted, 2wins_pk is not responsible for any claims related to damage or issues.
🚫 Damages After Delivery
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused after receiving the product
Improper handling
Incorrect storage
Washing or cleaning errors
To maintain quality, please follow proper care instructions (Dry Clean Only).
