1. Intellectual Property Rights

• All sarees sold under 2wins_pk are exclusive, hand-painted artworks inspired by storytelling and cultural designs.

• All rights are reserved. Copying, duplicating, or reselling our designs without permission is strictly prohibited under copyright laws.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders for customized sarees require a 50% advance payment. This payment confirms the order and is non-refundable.

• Ready-to-wear sarees can be purchased on Cash on Delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

• Customized saree orders with advance payment are strictly non-cancelable.

• In exceptional cases such as emergencies or misunderstandings, customers must contact us via our official number +92 300 0912540 for cancellation. Decisions will be made at the discretion of the store.

4. Product Quality & Approval

• We ensure high-quality workmanship and share detailed approval pictures before shipping.

• Once approved by the customer, the saree will be dispatched.

• We are not liable for faults or damages discovered after delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• Our responsibility ends once the saree is dispatched and handed over to the courier.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
