1. Delivery Timeline

Customized Orders: Delivery takes 10–15 working days, as each saree is handcrafted with attention to detail.

Ready-to-Wear Sarees: Delivery is quicker and depends on product availability.
2. Shipping Partner
We work with Leopards or TCS for nationwide delivery.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges apply as per the courier partner’s policy.

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for ready-to-wear sarees.

Customized Orders: Require 50% advance payment (non-refundable). The remaining 50% is payable at delivery (COD).

No Returns/Refunds: Since each saree is hand-painted, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Approval Before Shipping: Before dispatch, we share detailed pictures of your saree for approval. Once you confirm, the order will be shipped.
